Mary was a phenomenal agent and extremely understanding that it was going to be a learning curve for me. She really focused on seeing past cosmetics in a home and directing attention to key areas of the home like appliances, plumbing, and foundation. If I had to go through this process again in this market, I'd still go with Mary and the Patterson-Schwartz team. No question goes unanswered and they truly put each customer's needs first.
