Started strong ended weak
We were originally clients of Bill Craven. A wonderful man who worked so closely with us to find us a home as Bill put it not just a house in one of the toughest markets. Unfortunately he passed just around the same time as our closing. Mary stepped in to complete the walk through and a hiccup after close. Her attention to the ending details were not at the top of her list and we were left feeling sad for the lack of respect for her colleague our realtor.

Thanks Jon, for your feedback. I appreciate your candor and I apologize, again, that I didn't get your closing gift to you in a timely manner. I do hope that you were happy with everything else. Both Bill and I worked hard to show you and your parents many houses and I'm so happy you were able to find a really great home. Bill was very proud of the relationship that he built with you and it touches my heart that his last sale was with a couple he really bonded with and could help.
