Mary knows her market and how to present a house effectively. Her estimate on the final selling price was spot-on and she orchestrated the showing and bidding process with skill and grace. No fireworks, just a fair deal for all concerned. In preparing the house for showing and sale, Mary efficiently identified issues and helped solve them with her network of tradespeople and her own know-how. She put her “sweat equity” to work with staging the house and making sure all systems were “go.” Mary was also unflappable and adaptable as we worked through various snags, which arose (or were made harder) because most of the family lived far from Penfield and had to make repeated trips over several months to sort through belongings and decide various open points. She was cheerful, patient and always responsive. When you are working a problem from hundreds of miles away, qualities like that are all the more important.
