The mantra above basically sums up my philosophy in life and is 100% my approach to how I conduct my real estate business and my past businesses in photography and retail sales.
My mission is to run a successful real estate business rooted in strong, long-term relationships with my clients. As a Rochester-based business owner for over 15 years, first as one of Rochester’s premier portrait photographers and now as an agent with Keller Williams, I have dedicated my career to serving others by providing exceptional customer service, honest and clear communication, and effective, cutting-edge marketing.
I promise to give my clients my best effort, to be prompt in responding to calls and questions, to put my clients’ needs and priorities above my own interests and the interests of other parties involved. I owe my clients discretion, loyalty, responsibility and competence. Together with my clients, I will make the home buying/selling process as seamless and lucrative as possible.
Selling a home can invoke stress and fear, but rest assured my clients are in excellent hands. I personally walk clients through each step of the process. I keep the lines of communication open and clear, so that my clients feel confident they are aware of what is going on all at times. My goal is to sell my clients’ homes as quickly and as profitably as possible. Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family and friends doing anything from lunching to participating in triathlons and playing golf and paddle tennis. I am active in the community serving on the Highland Foundation Board and the Young Women’s College Prep among other organizations.
