Mary Conway

Mary Conway was my Baird & Warner Realtor for a townhouse I recently sold. This particular property was for an estate for which I was the executor. When she came for the walk-through, I briefly told her I was having issues with the bank holding the mortgage. (Trying to get the bank to issue me a Successor in Interest.) Mary offered me some solutions on getting that straightened out. By the time I ironed out the details regarding the bank/mortgage and was ready to put the property on the market we were in a full-fledged lock-down due to the pandemic. This didn’t bother Mary in the least. She took the reins, got stunning photos shot of the property, listed the property and had links for those wishing to browse online. It posted late on a Thursday, in-person tours were scheduled Friday and I had two offers by Saturday of the same week. Mary helped me work through my options and my offers. Full disclosure: I have known Mary for over 20 years in professional and personal areas. I knew I could trust her and that she would be thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend Mary Conway.
