We were relocating to another state and Mary was recommended. We gave her a call, and it was pretty much smooth sailing after that point. (We actually hired her almost 2 years before the actual sale, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to pull our property from the market.) She was very professional, her vendor recommendations were wonderful - the jobs they were hired for were completed in a very timely manner. We left California before any offers were made as we vacated before it was “staged” for showing. Almost immediately after the staging we started receiving offers. Mary was very knowledgeable as to which offer was actually the best, albeit not the highest. And she was right. Even though we were in another state, Mary kept close contact with us and kept us up to date as to where the process was. She took care of everything. Bottom line is this - if you are looking for an agent to sell your home, I HIGHLY recommend Mary Connally.

Mary helped us buy our house in the Irvine Woodbridge community and we moved in on July 4th. Mary is excellent and honest. She took us to see several houses based on our descriptions, then during our vacation break, Mary scouted out several homes for us based on what she knew we would like and we when returned , she showed us those houses in 1 day which saved us a lot of time. Mary helped us negotiate and we got the home for less than asking price. Mary was alway available via text and she also had many recommendations for contractors for our home improvement projects.
