Mary is an extraordinary real estate agent. She made buying and selling a house an effortless and worry-free process. Her vast knowledge and expertise earned our trust as she guided us through the technicalities and necessary paperwork. She communicated with us daily and explained things to us thoroughly. She was able to adapt easily to unforeseen problems (discovering a mouse in the house) and was so calm and centered that I questioned why I was having any anxiety about it at all. Mary counseled us as to timing, price, offer negotiations, etc., but she never questioned our judgement and always made us feel that we were totally in control. All real estate agents should aspire to be as top notch as Mary Colwell.
