My pre-sale through post sale experience was excellent.

Mary and I successfully communicated, collaborated, and cooperated over a period of four months to decide to sell, prepare the property, execute a pre-sale move, mark the property to market, list and market the property, and sell it. Mary communicated thoroughly and efficiently via telephone, cell phone, text, and email, and she used e-fill forms to expedite listing, offers, and closing documentation. When either of us thought a face to face meeting would be more appropriate, she set aside time immediately for a meeting in my residence or her office. We maintained open, frequent, professional, and frank communication. She guided the process where it needed to go at the appropriate time making sure both the buyers and I would be satisfied with the outcome.
