Mary helped the reviewer buy this property

Solid advisor for the buy-and-sell experience

Mary Cavins is a personable, smart realtor who gave good advice throughout our process of selling our home and buying another. She jumped right on our home sale with professional photos and pricing guidance that got our home sold in days. She went on quite a few house-hunting trips with us, providing a good perspective on each one she showed us. She has a great feel for pricing in this market and negotiation. She is quick to respond via text, email, or phone call anytime and works late into the night on paperwork and answering questions. My husband and I highly recommend her for your real estate transactions.
