Mary had been our buyers' agent when we bought in Ossining, and she really looked out for us as we looked around in an area we didn't know well. We had an offer for way, way over asking price the third day, I think, but on Mary's advice, we kept it on the market three more days -- and got almost 30 offers total, if memory services.
