Mary sold my rental property and I didn't even have to make the trip to Virginia. I currently live on the Gulf Coast and was planning to make at least two trips to Virginia to attend to the listing, cleaning, repairs, and closing but Mary handled it all and kept me informed during each step of the process. She was onhand for the transfer of keys from the property manager. She contacted and hired a company for pre-inspection repairs and when mold was discovered in the basement, she handled the whole issue.
