Mary did a good job explaining the property and the procedures of buying my condo. This was my first home transaction since1982. I do feel that after a contract is signed that the buyers and sellers should establish a communications link.

Our experience with Mary was a amazing. She is such a kind and wonderful person to talk to, but still was incredibly proactive. She was able to setup an Open House for us with 3 Days Notice and kept going above and beyond for us. When we needed to fix some things in our house, she used her deep rolodex to get us the best priced contractors we ever worked with. We moved out of state before our house sold and she did so much for us while we were out of state. Would recommend to anyone.
