I am not sure if this outcome would have happened had a different realtor been doing the negotiating. Last, Mary’s style was collaborative and the process felt like a team effort. Again, she achieved all of this with us being 700 miles apart. True, there may are other excellent realtors out there, but we can honestly say we don’t feel any could be better than Mary!
