I had a fantastic experience with Mary! She was very knowledgeable and helped guided me through the process. For starters she made recommendations on how to stage the house before the photo shoot she then had a professional come in and take exceptional photos which I believe made the difference attracting a huge number of interest and showings. Within four days we had nineteen offers above asking price. She then made suggestions on the balance of highest profit and ease of sale all of which I was in 100% agreement. Mary made this a hassle free experience achieving me higher than expected sale price and on a few occasions went the extra distance to help me out in ways other realtors probably would not have offered or bothered. I walked away from my sale very pleased I chose Mary with absolutely no regrets and would not even consider anyone else if I had to do it again. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and that is why I give her a five star rating.
