Within four days we had nineteen offers above asking price. She then made suggestions on the balance of highest profit and ease of sale all of which I was in 100% agreement. Mary made this a hassle free experience achieving me higher than expected sale price and on a few occasions went the extra distance to help me out in ways other realtors probably would not have offered or bothered.
