Usually when you're looking for a home it is as a couple...sometimes that can be a challenge because they're not looking with the same priorities...that was our case...if it had the yard & a shed, the house wasn't right, then you'd get close with the next one but the price was off...then there were ones that just were "wrong!" but the pictures were pretty!!! If I found one she was ready to go look, if my hubby found one she was ready to go look...she listened to me and she listened to him...all during this time we were looking in a particular price range that really wasn't going to produce what we wanted...but she was patient until we realized we needed to bump the $'s...starting to get frustrated with the crazy "seller's" market of 2020, we had looked at them all and had 1 more to go, barely got there before the open house was over...SOLD! and we closed in 30 days...she stayed on top of everything...to close in 30 days with a "sell & buy" domino closing is unheard of...we were blessed.
There are several things I could post about our experience...but the one that is most outstanding is that she listens...no matter what the level of challenge was she listened! She guided when we ask questions...having been a real estate agent in a "previous" life I knew a lot but...times & states have changed...there were times I just needed to think "out-loud" and she listened...and it paid off with a full price offer with the 1st showing in 2hrs of listing!...thank you!!!
