MaryBeth and I have history together. When I moved to SC she helped me buy my first home here. Then when i got ready again to sell I contacted her again. Little did I know that we had a nightmare that was going to happen. After I purchased that house I had a contractor come in and do the repairs or so I thought he did them but come to find out he didn't do them at all. Now my house was sold to the first person that looked at it and the inspector found all the repairs that I had paid for weren't done so I had to pay again for these repairs to be done. Needless to say we were jumping thru hoops to get these done by the due date so we could give them possession by the due date. MaryBeth was great about getting the contractors in to fix what was needed to be fixed which was not an easy task by no means. Trying to get a contractor on a days notice is not easy but she made it happen. She was with me every step of the way, no matter what I needed she was there for me. I finally got into my new home and now there is a new task at hand and that is taking the contractor to court to get my money back for all the repairs that I paid him to do and they never got done. I know she will be there for me in every way possible so I can recoup what I spent in the repairs. She has been a Blessing to me. I can't say enough how she stands by you every step of the way. Goes above and beyond to get the results you need. She helps you in every aspect of her job. I am truly sorry that this was such a difficult project that we had to face but neither one of knew about the repairs that were not done. I would recommend her to anyone that is selling or buying a house. Her staff is amazing also. Can't say enough about her team.
