Mary Beth Kirbis

We worked with Beth to purchase our first home in 2012, and she is fantastic. She is very attentive, answering emails and texts at all times of day and evening. She is extremely knowledgeable - more than once, she pointed out issues I never would have noticed, such as a cracked foundation, or a basement that had flooded in the past. I always felt like she was on OUR side. She also helped us through the process of putting in an offer, and we purchased our home at a great price. We like her so much that we referred our good friends to her to help them sell their home a few years ago, and we would never work with another agent!
