We've worked with Mary Beth Adelman on several real estate purchases over the years; all have been great...but this last one was the best! We had very specific criteria including a house that would be a great fit for my elderly parents to have a first-floor bedroom and enough space for my husband, son & I to have areas to ourselves as well. We looked for months ...finally finding a house that checked "almost" all the boxes... figuring out creative ways to make it "just right" for all of us was one of the many areas Mary Beth helped us with our vision. In this crazy market we needed an experienced realtor who had the knowledge, patience, optimism, understanding regarding our unique situation, creativity, contractors (our new house needed improvements) & of course a genuine desire to help us get as close to what we needed & wanted. Mary Beth provided all of that & more. Would we recommend Mary Beth time and time again to anyone who is in need of a realtor now or in the future!
