Mary was truly God sent. She was patient and eager to help us find the home to fit our family and our budget. She listened about what amenities was necessary fir us and quickly learned us individually and found amazing prospects for us to look at. She drove as far to look at properties as we desired to see. On several occasions we saw properties more than once when the family could not see the collectively. There where times she even visited properties and walked through them while on duo so I could see them when I was not able to see them in person. God used her to connect the a new lender because my old lender had high closing cost. When I saw my house I had to see it the same day and get my offer in by 10pm. Mart worked around my schedule. I was late and Saud we didn't have to see it. She insisted and said it could be the one. She was right! It was perfect fir my family. Everything we wanted and more. She knew my son so well she knew he would like it as well. She got my offer in before the deadline and the best say told me offer was accepted. She connected me with the right closing attorney, security company and was a wealth of information. I couldn't believe it was real! We had been looking for months and had several rejected offers. I was looking at going back home yo buy. That day she believed that my now new home could be the one was was a day I will never forget. She encouraged when I was getting exhausted and weary. She connected me with the loan offer Indira Saunders withe Resazant Mortgage and she was amazing. As my DTI came down I was able to get a new approval letter and that amount was my accepted offer. I had no PMI, no down payment and after the seller's credits due to Mary's negotiations skills I left closing with a check for most $700. The low fees were low and I was prepared to pay all the closing cost but my EM was enough. Mary and Indira my beloved Dream Team! I still can't believe and it's been a week!God bless you ladies!
