Mary worked hard for us on the sale of our house. From the minute she sat down with us to explain the market until the day escrow closed, Mary kept us informed every step of the way. We had a “Coming Soon” sign on the lawn to incite interest the week before we were ready to list it. She set up an agent walk through the day it hit the market and an Open House the next day. Mary arranged a fantastic photographer who also did great aerial views. But can we talk about the fantastic job she did with the staging and the suggestions she had to increase our curb appeal. Since we were moving out of state there were meetings she handled for us with the painters and the carpet installers; always going out her way to make sure our move and sale was less stressful for us. Mary knows what it takes to sell a house. She did a professional job dealing with the other agents and negotiating the multiple offers we had on the house, and we received more than we expected.
