Mary Barakat

I had the experience of working with Mary at Century21 RealEstate.   I was the seller during thistransaction.  This was my firstexperience for being on the sellers end of a real estate transaction.  I decided to use Mary because of her years ofexperience and professionalism.  She wasattentive to my all of my communication concerns and kept me updated throughoutthe process.  However, this being myfirst experience being the seller, I felt that she could have been a littlemore proactive with tying up loose ends.  For example, I was not made aware that thesecurity system was going to need to be transferred over to the buyers.  Had I been made aware of this, it would havebeen something I would have considered placing in the contract.  Also, before finalizing the sale, I would haveappreciated her going through the checklist of minute details to ensure that Ihad fulfilled my contractual obligations.
