We met Mary at an open house they were listing, and immediately felt comfortable. They really strove to understand our particular wants and needs and spent hours on end trying to find us the right house in a challenging environment. When we did find a house, they made the process smooth and easy for us as first timers. All the while checking to make sure we were doing ok whole sheltered in place with a baby on the way and offering to watch our toddler while we viewed houses. I really cannot say enough about these two. If we ever move again, we know who we’ll be reaching out to!
Mary helped my family and I manage a transition from Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Dublin, California. We’ve bought a couple of homes over the years, and I must admit that dealing with them made the process much more manageable (and possibly even fun). What is normally a very draining process is balanced out by her contagious energy. She was very understanding and attentive to our needs. No matter how many times you go through this process, you'll always end up with a few challenges where questions may arise, and Mary made sure to get answers for all of them. In our unique case, we had a very tight timeline as we wanted to close on a location very shortly before we went on vacation, and Mary made what normally scared off most other Realtors to be possible. If you want someone to walk you through the whole process and will make sure all your needs are met, look no further. Or if you do decide to look further, only look a little bit further to her equally impressive partner...but then stop looking further after that.
