Mary Anne was great to work with

Mary Anne was great to work with. We were in the process of moving within the same school district and did not have to find a home within a particular time frame. So she spent several months working with us. She never pressured us or made us feel that we were taking up too much of her time. If there was a house we were interested in seeing she usually fit us in the same day or the next, always trying to accommodate our schedule. She consistently responded to communications from us very quickly. She had other clients but never forgot the details of our particular situation. When we did find a house that we liked, she was fantastic about helping us with resources for the basics and beyond. Our home inspector listed some things that would need to be done to the house and she was able to give us the names of specific companies she had experience with and sometimes repair techniques that were newer and we had no knowledge about. She also was incredibly quick with paperwork and negotiations and kept us updated as soon as she knew anything. When it came to selling our old house, she was also very helpful. She understood that people have different things they need out of a house sale and advised us as to what would be most beneficial in our case. We were carrying two mortgages temporarily she knew that we wanted to sell our house quickly. She gave us an idea of what we might expect based on different pricing scenarios and we came to a list price together. We were very pleased when our house was sold to the first people that looked at it.
