I can't say enough about Mary Ann Been. We had a rather difficult time during the sale of our property (3 different escrows) but Mary Ann brought us through it like a champ. We sold our house, she found us a new one and we couldn't be happier. I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Mary Ann - you will be happy you hired her.

This was my 7th home sale and this was the best team I ever had work for me. Everything was as promised and help was always just a phone call or text away from Mary or someone working with her team.

Where to begin...working with Mary Anne has been amazing and that is not an exaggeration. Buying a house can feel overwhelming, but Mary Anne made sure that all paperwork was in order, she made sure inspections were carried out on time and she was constantly in communication, and for a first-time buyer it was tremendous help and relief! Our entire process moved quite fast and Mary Anne has great contacts so our inspections where able to be done in less than 36 hours which meant our paperwork was always on time. Another great aspect of working with Mary Anne is that she is open to questions and does a fantastic job of explaining each step of the process and continuously checks-in even when there is downtime. I literally had 100+ questions, some of them were repeated and she always took the the time to answer each one of them, she even answered questions after escrow closed. Mary Anne is very professional, always on time, very communicative and straight forward. For a first-time buyer, I could not have asked for a better realtor. If you are looking to buy and/or sell, you will not regret working with Mary Anne.

Mary Ann is the ultimate professional; she was always available, helped us stage the property in very innovative ways and even help us with Service providers to get schedules met in a timely fashion. She was very thorough and seemed to know the best way to showcase our property. She made for a quick and very positive sale's experience.
