Mary Ann went far above and beyond all expectations during my interactions with her. Because I live in an assisted living facility and had given up driving, she was always willing to come to my apartment for any meetings, etc.; she was also very agreeable to taking me out to my house so I could pick up additional items that I had not been able to bring with me when I moved. She or her husband were also always available whenever repair people needed access to the house. On one such visit to provide access to a service person, upon opening the door Mary Ann and her husband were met with a very strong smell of gas. They immediately called the Fire Department and that probably saved my house as well as the one next door. Apparently the new buyer and his agent had made an inspection of the house two or three days earlier, had tested the stove in the kitchen, and had NOT checked to make sure it had been properly shut off before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Mary Ann to anyone who is in need of an outstanding real estate professional!!! She IS the BEST!!!
