About Mary Ann

Currently I have over 21-years' experience as a realtor with feet on the ground on the Mississippi Gulf coast since 2004! Interest in this industry began when investing for myself. I always loved Real Estate, but this is where I really dug in! The Mississippi Gulf Coast is not a large metropolis and because of this it has given me the opportunity to become very knowledgeable in many aspects of Real Estate. My years in the business have compounded my knowledge base, professionalism, understanding for client's needs, and gives me the full "Monty" of understand the lay of the land of my market. My clients have been with me a long time and their repeat business gives me great pride. They are sellers and buyers of single-family homes, builders, investors, land sellers/buyers, have both commercial and multifamily interests. Other specialties include certification as a resort specialist. This specialty has given me a vast knowledge in condominiums and their associations on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. My current clients help me cover all the topics of this industry and they keep me hopping! I believe in a strong work ethic and have been a top producer since inception with our local realtor association and RE/MAX statewide. I am professional and take pride in follow up and follow through with all my clients. "A Happy Client" is my goal!
