Most people don't use an agent when building or buying a newly built home, but I am here to say, you should and Mary is the perfect agent to help. I bought my new home as it was under construction from a large national builder and through the entire process, Mary helped me stay on top of the dozens of document requests even more so took the time to go line by line on all of the quotes and estimates I received from the builder and their lending agency. She saved me hundreds of dollars by referring me to a different insurance company and she provided me with a way more accurate monthly payment quote than even the lender did until just a few days before we were at the table. I have never felt more comfortable signing documents than I have after talking them over with Mary. She made the whole process a breeze!

On the initial walkthrough, she gave me a list of things I needed to do to get my home ready for photographs and for showings so we could list at the upper end of the comps in the neighborhood.
