Marvin has been an awesome realtor. He went above and beyond, I was unable to make a couple of the inspections due to my work schedule and Marvin went in my place, while face-timing me. When the house deal fell thru the first attempt Marvin kept in touch with the owner while needed repairs were made. Marvin understood our goals and helped us obtain them.

Marvin helped me early in the process of me purchasing my home with a game plan months before I was ready to purchase. Stayed in contact and was clear in communicating with me. Seeing as this was my first house I had a ton of questions and he was always there for me when I needed it. Researched housing markets for my price point and sent listing every day.
