It’s been over 3 months since I had the pleasure of working with Marvin. My husband and I were in a slump and needed to quickly get out of Texas when I luckily landed the dream remote position to do just that. With Marvin’s kindness, knowledge, and timely can-do attitude we managed to land the perfect home …with an atruim (FABULOUS for plant lovers!), with fruit trees, in a safe neighborhood, with a pool, and at a reasonable price point. Did I mention this was the first house we put an offer in for? Yes, Marvin is that good. Can I tell you how annoying I am? I am one of those professionals that thinks they know everything after doing all their own research and yet will ask 1,000 questions. Yes, I am that annoying and extra, but Marvin is the type of person who is just easy to be with, who will answer your questions professionally through all the crazy and will make the process also fun… whether you just want to get right down to the business, or slowly tiptoe and enjoy the process… Marvin is the agent for you. Buying a home is always stressful, but my god… I’m so glad we had Marvin Hooker by our side. He made the entire process feel like a breeze.
