We are from out of state and Martye took the time to work with us showing us various houses in different areas so that we could get a good feeling for the area in which we would like to live. She was very willing to show us any house that we found on the market to make sure we were going to be happy. We were anxious to find the right house and Martye took the time to make sure that we found the house that we would love. She has a great personality and goes above and beyond our expectations to make sure we are happy. If we had any questions, she was very knowledgeable to answer our concerns. Martye is an outstanding realtor whose professionalism exceeded our expectations! She even found an error in our final closing documents from the title company that we did not even know about which resulted in our receiving a refund check of the amount that we overpaid. She is very detail oriented and we were extremely fortunate to have Martye be assigned as our realtor. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

I met Martye via telephone over a year ago. From the gitgo, I knew she was a professional with her fun personality but strict attention to the matter at hand.
