Home purchase is so much better with an experienced agent

We had the please of working with Marty to buy our forever home. Marty was terrific to work with along with making this a fun experience. He treated everyone including myself, my spouse, my sister, Pulte rep, and various other home sellers with the utmost respect, along with still being fun, and making sure we all had a good time finding us a very good deal. We are very happy with our new home, and hope to stay a very long time. Since we bought a new home, we still have contact with the builder,and not only the builder’s rep, but also my sister (who has purchased many properties thru out the country, and everyone involved has said how professional and accommodating Marty was. I will be sending anyone I know who is buying or selling to Marty Pirochta.
