I’m re-writing my review on Marty because he asked me to write a review on him before I completely;y qualified for the house I was trying to purchase. He originally returned all my text and called me. After I was turned down he tried to go behind the back of the 1st lender to get me approved directly through the lender. When that fell through I received one last text and never heard from him again. It’s not his fault the loan didn’t go through but not informing the previous lender and requesting a review before the whole process was complete along with not returning communication to me is the reason I edited my original review.
