About Marty

After graduating high school in Santa Barbara I joined the US Navy (VA 195) serving on two flight decks. I graduated from CSU Chico (Information Communication Studies) in 1985. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1994 and have been working in Chico (Butte County) ever since. I earned my “Military Relocation Professional” credential in 2014, I am Veterans Real Estate Benefits Network certified (VREB) and was awarded the Sierra North Valley (SNVR) "Realtor of the Year” award in 2016. I am a Broker/Associate who is serving in my 5th year on the SNVR Board of Directors (formerly Chico Board of Realtors). I’ve been working with Fund Raising organizations for more than 25 years and am currently the Chairperson of the SNVR Charitable Giving Committee. I have two children, Collin and Sierra, who graduated from Chico High and went on to earn their degrees at California Universities. Chico has been my “hometown” for decades and I will be more than happy to assist you with any questions or ideas.
