Marty was extremely patient, helpful, and responsive. We are first time homebuyers and he always took the time to explain each step of the process, what we should expect and things that might go wrong. He knows the area very well, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He was always willing to answer a text or meet up according to our schedule.
