I highly recommend Martine for your home buying experience! As a brand new buyer, I was very nervous about the entire process of buying a home, and wasn't even sure if I would be able to. Martine soothed all my fears and walked me through it all. I knew what to expect and my questions were answered very quickly. She helped me get everything in order before we went to look at homes, and worked within my must-have features to narrow down what sort of places would work best for me. Within weeks of searching, I was putting my first-ever offer in! She helped me put an offer in the same day I saw the home, guiding me through every line of paperwork. I can't say enough, especially as someone who was so new to all of this: she is fantastic!

When it came time to buy a new place and sell our old place, I had no doubt Martine would be a great agent for us to work with. My parents had been in real estate and I knew that the right agent can make all the difference. I'd worked with her in her previous career and knew she had the dedication, attention to detail and professionalism we wanted in an agent. We found a place to buy rather quickly. Unfortunately the selling agent was difficult but Martine remained professional at all times and advocated for us when needed. After moving, we then listed our condo with Martine and we were under contract to sell our old place in less than a week. We truly appreciated Martine's efforts to sell our old place. It was a smaller condo, and very affordable for the DC area. Martine put as much effort into marketing it as one would expect of a much higher priced listing than ours. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but knowing that Martine had everything under control and was so knowledgeable made it easier. I'd recommend her to anyone that asked and will work with her again if we decide to move.
