Martine was very helpful in the final closing quarter-mile with all paperwork, legal, fund transfer, etc. It was much appreciated as Covid and closed borders was making the purchase let say a bit different as if was all done remotely. The clear advantage was that we knew the condo as we had seen it before (friends lining just below) but still paperwork could have been a nightmare which it was not. Merci Martine.

Was upfront on market value of property, and realistic asking price for a quick sale. Sold my condo within one week at $1000. below asking price. I would recommend that she review beforehand the TOTAL closing costs with the seller.

Martina was an exceptional sales representative to help us all the way from Canada she went above and beyond any of our expectations she had verbal abuse from a client I felt so bad we had lawyers involved from a divorce settlement she was always professional she never gave up hope she was on time always emailed us I would suggest her and refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Florida she’s amazing and could speak very highly of her professionalism.
