Martina did a great job staging our home and being available when needed especially during a particularly hectic day when we were trying to negotiate with a new seller at the same time we were negotiating with a new buyer and she did a terrific job handling the buyer transaction. I suggested Martina to my Grandmother after working with her on two other transaction in our Home Owners association and how professional she was with both those transactions. My Grandmother has been moved to a home in Arizona to be close to other family members due to some health issues. From the first time we sat down with Martina she was so caring and thoughtful with my grandma and we all knew that this was going to be an issue with grandmas failing mental issues. This was not an easy process with anyone but Martina took the time to be there for her every step of the process from understanding the procedure of selling her home to helping her get moved to Arizona. Martina helped her from getting all her precious belongings together for the move and all the way through running an Estate Sale to liquidate all her house hold belongings that she needed to liquidate before the move. When the sale was done Martina loaded up all the left over belongings and took them to a donation center to repurpose what wasn't sold or moved. When the house was cleaned and readied for the sale Martine then brought in staging furniture for the sale of the house and all the furniture she used was very tasteful and brought out the layout of the house. After the home sold Martina then helped with the remainder belongings in the house with placing in storage and even took care of all the dump runs with leftover items. To say that Martina goes above and beyond is an understatement. She took grandma in as her own and treated everyone like family during a difficult time and made the transition for Grandma's difficult process a pain free and great experiment.
