Buying a house can be a daunting task for any home buyer, but this is even more true for a first time home buyer. I was never really one to want to buy a home truthfully. I did not want to be dragged around to a bunch of homes in my price range and potentially be pressured into buying someplace I did not love because of other buyers and things like that. This was far from my experience with Martin. Everything was really up to me and on my schedule. I looked online for what I was into and the homes I would like to see and Martin would make it happen. Never was I pressured into buying anything. If anything, I was talked out of even considering a place because it would have been a larger project to have a place I wanted. Martin was always quick to respond to texts and calls and when it came to the offer process, he kept me in the loop the whole time and I ended up with a much better price than I ever thought I would.
