Martin Popp was the seller's broker. We hadn't known Martin previously. However, Martin was worked for both parties to get a win/win. Martin was the seller's broker, but made us comfortable enough to feel he was our broker, too. He was very accommodating to me and my husband when we needed to get in and do some planning for remodeling. His guidance regarding what to expect during the closing process was invaluable (we hadn't bought a house in 27 years.) He was very timely in responding to questions we had. Overall, excellent. We would recommend him to friends. Real satisfied.
