Martin was a true professional that exemplified the "going above and beyond" comment not often found in real estate sales. We unfortunately inherited some undisclosed permit issues from when we purchased the property, that without his help would have been impossible to rectify. He was exemplary in his hand-on assistance to work through everything in order to close at an 11th hour. I believe the one comment that was shared by the county was that they've never had an agent spend as much time, and show up in person, to assist a client like this before.
