I decided to sell a condo in the Hillcrest area October or 2019. I interviewed 3 agents. I chose Marty because he could get me the best price for my property. Actually, he priced the property from $50-100 thousand dollars higher than the other agents. I had doubts that could happen, but I chose Marty. Marty took the listing, but we waited before actively marketing it until the holidays were over. Then, after several showings and open houses, we got an offer at slightly below the listing price. It was an acceptable offer. During the sale there were a few hiccups, but Marty was on top of them. He kept me informed of everything that was happening, what documents were coming from escrow and what to do with them. Since I live in the Los Angeles area, I had concerns over the process, but Marty was available any time I called and he always called me to let me know what was happening. I couldn't ask for a better agent or a smoother sale. I know Marty worked a lot harder than I did. I would certainly use him for any additional activity as well as recommend him to others.
