I cannot say enough good things about working with Martin! We were referred to Martin by another family member who had a positive experience. He helped us purchase our first home in Los Angeles in 2018 and I thought the market was crazy then. He helped us make an attractive offer and we were chosen out of 12 other offers, even as first time buyers. Fast forward to this year and this crazy market in 2022 - we had the pleasure to both sell and buy with Martin again! We followed his listing advice and got a bidding war on our home which allowed us to choose the best terms and price. Then we were able to put an offer on the house of our dreams within the same week of opening escrow on the first. The craziest part is that Martin worked his magic so well (along with our loan provider) that we were able to close both homes ON THE SAME DAY! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother, speedier, and easy experience - especially in a time when so many are struggling to purchase. Martin answered all our questions and kept in constant communication putting my husband and I at ease (because we were both stressed about buying in such a hot market). Even though it was our second home we still had tons of crazy questions and Martin always took the time to educate us throughout the process. Hoping we don’t need to buy/sell again for a while now that we have our forever home, but I’d 100% work with Martin again if given the chance!

Martin was always available and responded quickly to any communications. He was happy to show us around as many properties as it took but he soon worked out exactly what we were looking for and sent us the listing for the house we ultimately closed on. He always acted quickly and arranged for us to see the property the day it went on the market and we put an offer in that evening. He continued to be available throughout the escrow process and was always pushing for things to happen as soon as possible for us. We would happily recommend Martin to our friends and family.
