Marty was very easy to work with. Always had fresh ideas to keep the sale moving. Kept us from getting discouraged. He always kept us apprised of what was going on. He was always positive in his outlook. We were never kept out of the loop.

Marty had good marketing knowledge and showed us comparative house values and we got a very fair price for the home we sold. We would be glad to have him back if we decide to sell another home.
