TLDR: The Martins are experienced, professional, honest, hardworking, and most importantly well connected in the highly competitive Atlanta real estate market. I had been told that the Martins were experts in the Atlanta real estate market, but having been told that about previous realtors I had worked with, I was obviously skeptical. They did not leave us disappointed. Through the course of our 5 month journey, the Martins were exhaustive in their searches, responsive to our changes in preferences and locations, and always fast with providing the documents we needed. They made the whole buying process comfortable and easy. It is also a great advantage that the Martins are so connected in the community. One house we had an offer accepted on had more than a couple deal-breaking problems, including structural and plumbing issues. Thanks to the Martins connections we were able to learn of these issues before paying for the inspection ourselves. Just a few weeks ago we closed on our first home, and it is not an exaggeration to say that the house is perfect for us. Its the perfect size, in the perfect area, with a wonderful yard, I really cant say enough about it. The Martins fought to get us everything we needed and wanted into the contract, from crucial updates and repairs to a set of bar stools that we liked. With the huge influx of young real estate agents in the Atlanta area with little to no experience, its smart to remain skeptical about who is representing you. All I can say is you can trust the Martins. I cant express enough how grateful we are to them, and would recommend them highly to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell in the incredibly competitive Atlanta market.
