I usually don't write reviews, but Martin is really good so I want to recommend him to others. A friend recommend Martin to us. As first time home buyer, we surely have many questions, Martin answers all of our questions patiently and timely. He tells us to things to be noticed while looking at a house, also gives us pros and cons about the house. He is very knowledgeable. I feel he has answer for all the house related questions. Very resourceful. Help us find the good person to do house repairs and improvements. Martin makes the whole process smoothly. Even after the deal is done, he is still helping us.

As always Martin was the BEST! He has helped us purchase our first home and now the sale of it. He’s always available, responds quickly day or night, and will do anything he can in the best interest of his client. My husband and I were in the process of getting ready to move away from California. Martin listened to what we had to say about selling our house and the time frame in which we wanted to do it. He was thoughtful and considerate, answered all of our questions. He was always friendly, courteous and optimistic. We ended up activating our listing a bit sooner than we had originally decided. It turned out to be a good thing. In spite of the pandemic, we had a good number of people look at the house and received three offers. Martin made sure that everyone who came to look at the house was a serious buyer and qualified financially. We accepted an offer that was over our asking price. We were able to sign all of the necessary documents the day before we left. Escrow closed three weeks later. All in all, it was a pretty painless experience. If any of our friends were to let us know that they were planning to sell their home, my husband and I would definitely recommend Martin.
