Martin was absolutely amazing to work with! I can't say enough about how prompt and knowledgeable he was through the whole process. From the very beginning Martin had enough self respect and integrity to tell us the the truth of market conditions, what actions we should and should not take, and what to expect. He told us things I didn't want to hear, but was true. That told me he not only knew real estate well, but also wasn't just agreeing with me. Everything he said happened as he said it would.
