Martin is very knowledgeable of the Atlanta in-town market. He is a very nice young man - very professional and respectful. His knowledge of the market - what's on the market, what price will move a unit is good. He is very responsive and he negotiated effectively on your behalf.

Being a first-time homebuyer AND being a homebuyer that was relocating from out-of-state, I was looking for not just a competent broker, but an exceptional one to help guide me through an intimidating process. I had a short-period of time (30 days) between when I had to find a house, make an offer, and close. From the get-go, I knew we’d be in the best hands with Martin. Based on our conversations, he knew exactly the type of homes we wanted and didn’t waste our time with ones he knew wouldn’t interest us. In fact, the first house he showed us was the one we ended up putting an offer on and purchasing. The purchasing process and subsequent negotiations were smoothly executed thanks to Martin’s expertise in both the contract and negotiation portions of the purchase. He didn’t pressure me to offer or accept anything I wasn’t comfortable with and was a true advisor throughout the process.<br/><br/>Without reservation, Martin was a dream come true throughout the process. He was always available by phone or email when I had a question (and I had a lot, often at odd times of the day). A go-getter who I felt was actually working hard for me and had my best interest at heart. He not only worked with me, but worked with my lender when they needed a little pressure to be applied in order to close the lending process and get us into the house. It was the little things that he did as well—like making sure the lawn was mowed and looking good when we finally arrived in Georgia after a 1000 mile drive. That’s something he certainly didn’t have to do, but he knew that’s the last thing a new homeowner wants to worry about when moving into a house that had been unoccupied for a month or so. <br/><br/>He will most definitely be the realtor we use when we resell and/or buy another property. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
