My husband and I set out to purchase a home in the Boston/Brookline area. We connected with Marty through Zillow. He called me back promptly and immediately began sending us information about listings in the area. He has a great reputation with local real estate organizations and even connected us to property's that were not yet listed. Marty accompanied us to many open houses and helped us to discuss each one in great detail. When we looked at our current home he sat with us and discussed at length the pros and cons of the property. Marty quickly and efficiently completed a market analysis and helped us decide on what to offer. He also kept us informed daily with the status of the offer. Once the offer was accepted he made very good recommendations to a local mortgage broker and attorney. He even went above and beyond to help me investigate past information about our property to be sure that we were fully informed. Even after we moved in we received emails from Marty checking in to be sure that we were all set and to ask if we need any help. He recommended contractors that he has personally worked with for work that we would like to do in the future. This was our first home buying experience and having Marty on our team was priceless. He is very knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. We feel so fortunate and grateful to have worked with Marty and would recommend him to any of our friends, colleagues, and family.

I have worked with Marty 2 times. Once for the purchase and sale of my first property (condo) in Boston Massachusetts and then for my home in Marblehead Massachusetts. Both times were great. He responds promptly to all phone calls, emails, texts etc. He made himself available whenever I wanted to go look at properties as well. He has a very friendly personality so home shopping was a really fun experience. He offered to pick me up and drive me home often and even brought paperwork over to my house multiple times because we didn't have a printer. One time he was showing our condo and the dog had an accident and Marty cleaned it up for me! During our home inspection he watched my one year old so I could go talk to the inspector in the basement. Anytime I needed something he had multiple people to recommend and took care of all the arrangements for me when we used his contacts. Overall Marty is fantastic. If I ever need an agent again I will use him and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
