Martin Alvandi is the best realtor I have ever seen. Martin was referred to us by one of our friends. My Fiance and I are first-time buyers. As we all know, it is tough to find a realtor that you can trust nowadays. However, you can trust Martin 100%. We were baffled and lost once we started working with him. Martin explained/answered all my questions patiently (which I have a lot of them). HE makes sure you feel comfortable with your decisions, and he NEVER forces/pushes you to do anything you don't want. He lets you decide what is best for you, and he is there along the way with you holding your hand. Our journey was very long, and we faced challenges along the way. Martin did his absolute best and made the impossible possible. We are very thankful to Martin for making our dream come true. I would recommend Martin %100 for anyone who wants to buy/sell a house with a piece of mind.
